Day 1 W 9/5

LT: Review the importance
of early reading.
Summarize text.

  • Discuss Pre-Test and Post-Test Procedures
  • Discuss course structure and expectations.
  • Discuss the importance of reading for young children.
  • Discuss children's literature readings.

  • Read Intro and Ch. 1-3 of Read to Me and complete worksheet #1
  • Read "Begin with Books" and complete worksheet
  • Read "Read It Again" and complete worksheet
